Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers warmly, offering styling tips and product knowledge.

• Ensure excellent customer service by handling inquiries, exchanges, and concerns politely.

• Maintain store presentation arrange dresses, manage displays, and keep the boutique tidy.

• Operate POS system, handle billing, and manage cash transactions accurately.

• Track inventory, assist with stock management, and report low-stock items.

• Support store promotions, events, and seasonal displays.

• Help achieve store sales targets and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.

• Experienced in retail or customer service (fashion retail experience preferred).

• Passionate about women’s fashion and styling.

• Strong communication skills, polite and approachable personality.

• Responsible, reliable, and proactive.

• Flexible with working hours (weekends/holidays if needed).

• During idle store hours, you may use the time for studies, personal work, or light tasks, as long as customer service is not affected.
