The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by attracting new members and corporate partnerships, converting leads into bookings, and enhancing member retention. This role demands a high-performing sales professional with an understanding of wellness services and the ability to translate technical protocols into compelling customer value. You will be at the forefront of establishing Evity as the trusted choice for proactive wellness seekers and communities.
Generate and qualify new business leads through digital, direct, referral and corporate channels.
Conduct sales presentations and facility tours to convert prospects into members.
Drive sales targets for membership plans, protocol packages and corporate tie-ups.
Identify and pitch opportunities for partnerships with gyms, lifestyle communities, corporates, and medical professionals.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.
Understand each wellness protocol (e.g., cryo, sensory reset, IV drips, hyperbaric oxygen) and communicate their benefits clearly to prospects and members.Evity Wellness
Personalize sales solutions based on customers’ wellness goals like recovery, performance, sleep, skin health, or stress reduction.
Lead initial consultations where necessary, answering questions and overcoming objections professionally.
Build strong relationships with members to encourage long-term engagement and renewals.
Work with the community team to host demos, workshops and member events that strengthen engagement.
Follow up on feedback and coordinate with service delivery teams to refine offerings.
Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive lead flow.
Provide insights from client interactions to shape promotional messaging and offer packages.
Track sales metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Analyze trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform strategy and pricing.
Recommend improvements in sales processes and customer onboarding.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in wellness, lifestyle membership, healthcare services or premium hospitality.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with selling science-driven services or memberships is a plus.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
