Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Associate (CSA) – Digital Store
Location: Goa- Mapusa
Salary: ₹15,500 – ₹20,300 per month
Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Job Role:
Assist customers in Reliance Digital store, explain product features (mobiles & electronics), support sales, billing, and daily store operations.

Eligibility:
