Receive, sort, grade, and arrange fruits and vegetables on shelves.
Ensure proper rotation (FIFO & FEFO) to maintain freshness.
Discard damaged or stale items as per company policy.
Maintain attractive and clean display counters.
Assist customers in selecting fresh produce.
Provide knowledge regarding seasonal items, pricing, and quality.
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required.
Ensure all products meet quality and hygiene standards.
Keep the F&V section clean, sanitized, and well-organized.
Monitor and maintain temperature and storage guidelines.
Check daily stock levels and report shortages.
Assist in unloading and storing inventory.
Update supervisors on fast-moving and slow-moving items.
Display price tags correctly and update daily pricing.
Promote offers, deals, and seasonal products.
Achieve daily sales targets assigned by management.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures.
Coordinate with procurement and store teams for replenishment.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum 10th/12th pass.
Experience in F&V handling preferred (1–2 years).
Basic knowledge of fruits and vegetables.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and handle crates, boxes, and stock.
Shift-based work.
Standing for long hours.
