Retail Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-groomed and enthusiastic GRE/GRSE to manage outlet inventory records, greet and assist customers, and drive product sales at our Galleria Market outlet. The ideal candidate will come from a management, sales, or hospitality background and possess excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers, ensuring a positive experience at the outlet.

• Assist customers in product selection and upselling to maximize sales.

• Maintain accurate outlet inventory records and ensure stock availability.

• Handle billing, invoicing, and daily sales reporting.

• Address customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.

• Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and follows brand standards.

• Coordinate with backend/operations team for replenishment and stock management.

• Maintain professionalism in grooming, behavior, and communication.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in Management, Sales, or Hospitality (preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.

• Excellent communication skills .

• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.

• Basic knowledge of inventory handling and sales operations.

• Presentable personality with proper grooming and etiquette.

• Willingness to work in a retail/outlet environment with flexible shifts.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
