Retail Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

• Achieve and exceed monthly/weekly sales targets

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and offers

• Process sales transactions (cash, card, digital payments) accurately

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns effectively

• Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure

• Presentable, confident, and enthusiastic personality

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office is an advantage

• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Education:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
