Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Executive to handle customers, promote products, generate sales, and maintain good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to customers and understand their requirements.

Explain product features, prices, and offers to customers.

Generate new customers and increase sales.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer enquiries and provide proper product information.

Prepare quotations, bills, and sales orders when required.

Follow up with customers regarding orders and payments.

Maintain proper records of sales and customers.

Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for timely delivery.

Handle customer complaints professionally.

Monitor competitor products and market prices.

Maintain a clean and professional sales environment.

Requirements:

12th pass / Diploma / Any Degree.

Freshers can apply.

Retail or sales experience is an advantage.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp.

Positive attitude and customer-friendly behaviour.

Ability to achieve sales targets.

Salary: ₹ 15000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 0–3 years

Preferred Candidate: A confident, energetic person who enjoys interacting with customers and has a strong interest in sales.
