Retail Counter Sales

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Gangar Opticians Private Limited – GANGAR EYENATION - Product - Spectacle / Lens / Contact Lens / Frame / Sunglass to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹12500 - ₹12500 with growth opportunities. After 6 months in-hand salary of ₹15000 + Incentive and other Benefits like PF / ESIC / Bonus / Gratuity / Leave / Personal Accident Policy etc.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

·        Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.

·        Cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.

·        Ensure shelves / racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.

·        Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

·        Stay updated on new products and services.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and candidate must be a fresher / 0 – 3 years of Experience. Excellent communication skills both Hindi and Marathi, Marathi speaking is must and ready to deliver 10 Hours of work duty.
