The Retail Clothing Sales EXECUTIVE is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a clothing retail store, driving sales, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while creating a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and minimize stock losses.
• Plan visual merchandising and maintain attractive product displays.
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Handle billing, cash management, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse for inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures.
