Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling/cold calling and other outreach methods.

• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Conduct client interactions and build trust to drive long-term relationships.

• Deliver effective product/service pitching to prospective customers.

• Manage prospect follow-ups to ensure maximum conversions.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Handle customer objections with confidence and provide satisfactory resolutions.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in company systems.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer acquisition and retention.
