About the Role
Suvaii is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, team management, guest satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth daily functioning.
Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety are maintained.
Handle guest feedback and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Monitor staffing, scheduling, attendance, and team performance.
Achieve sales targets while controlling operational costs and minimizing wastage.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Drive initiatives to improve guest experience and team productivity.
Requirements
4– 6 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Experience in casual dining, premium dining, or QSR is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and food safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges effectively.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office.
