About the Role

Suvaii is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, team management, guest satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth daily functioning.

• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety are maintained.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Monitor staffing, scheduling, attendance, and team performance.

• Achieve sales targets while controlling operational costs and minimizing wastage.

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

• Drive initiatives to improve guest experience and team productivity.

Requirements

• 4– 6 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.

• Experience in casual dining, premium dining, or QSR is preferred.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and food safety standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges effectively.

• Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
