Receptionist/Sales Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly Female Retail Sales Executive to join our paint and hardware shop. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, managing retail sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing, cash/UPI transactions, and maintain daily sales records.

• Ensure shelves are stocked, products are well-displayed, and store is organized.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a polite and professional manner.

• Support in promotional activities and maintain a customer-friendly environment.

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred.

• Prior experience in retail sales/customer service is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (billing software/Excel/UPI apps).

• Honest, responsible, and willing to learn about paints and hardware products.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
