Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
Monitor daily team performance, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
Generate and manage leads through various sources.
Guide team members in client handling, negotiations, and closing deals.
Ensure regular follow-up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct daily/weekly team meetings and provide performance updates to management.
Support team members in achieving individual and team sales targets.
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth sales operations.
Maintain accurate sales reports and ensure timely submission of daily updates.
Train and develop team members to improve their sales performance.
Requirements:
Prior experience in Real Estate Sales / Team Handling preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Good knowledge of real estate sales processes and customer handling.

Site Work:
Saturday & Sunday: Site visits / client meetings may be required as per business requirements.
