Job Title: Procurement Executive – Repair & Maintenance Team
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Procurement Executive to support our Repair & Maintenance team at Eventz Home. The role involves sourcing materials, managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely procurement of supplies, and maintaining cost efficiency. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling vendor coordination and inventory planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure repair and maintenance materials, tools, and equipment as per requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Maintain and update the vendor database and pricing records.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to understand material requirements and timelines.
Track orders, ensure timely delivery, and resolve any supply-related issues.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of essential items.
Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation for audits.
Work with the finance team to process payments and control procurement budgets.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new suppliers.
Job Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a background in supply chain or operations).
6 months to 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (experience in maintenance-related procurement is a plus).
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Good understanding of inventory management and procurement processes.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record-keeping.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
