Job Title: Procurement Executive – Repair & Maintenance Team

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Procurement Executive to support our Repair & Maintenance team at Eventz Home. The role involves sourcing materials, managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely procurement of supplies, and maintaining cost efficiency. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling vendor coordination and inventory planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure repair and maintenance materials, tools, and equipment as per requirements.

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

  • Maintain and update the vendor database and pricing records.

  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to understand material requirements and timelines.

  • Track orders, ensure timely delivery, and resolve any supply-related issues.

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of essential items.

  • Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation for audits.

  • Work with the finance team to process payments and control procurement budgets.

  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new suppliers.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a background in supply chain or operations).

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (experience in maintenance-related procurement is a plus).

  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

  • Good understanding of inventory management and procurement processes.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record-keeping.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
