We need Independent Working professional, for our Pharmacy situated at Nehru Nagar, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. He will be have Good Knowledge of Marg Software, expert in dispensing Medicines, and Maintaining stock, and good knowledge of Generic medicines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prescription Handling and Dispensing:
Accurately review and interpret prescriptions from doctors and healthcare professionals.
Dispense medications according to prescription requirements, ensuring dosage accuracy and correct labeling.
Counsel patients on dosage, usage, potential side effects, and storage of medications.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding controlled substances and prescription drugs.
2. Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of medications and pharmaceutical products.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
Manage purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving items.
Handle expired or near-expiry drugs according to standard disposal protocols.
3. Patient and Customer Service:
Provide professional and courteous service to customers and patients at all times.
Address customer inquiries about over-the-counter medications, health supplements, and general healthcare.
Maintain a confidential and respectful environment for all patients.
Educate customers on medication adherence and safe usage practices.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with Drugs and Cosmetics Act, Pharmacy Council regulations, and local health authorities.
Maintain proper documentation for prescriptions, sales records, controlled substances, and regulatory audits.
Assist in preparing documents and reports for health inspections, licensing renewals, or insurance claims.
Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and infection control guidelines.
5. Supervision and Coordination:
Oversee proper storage, stacking, and segregation of pharmaceuticals.
Participate in training programs and continuous professional development sessions.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication availability and therapy plans (hospital settings).
