WE ARE HIRING – Operations / SERVICE ASSOCIATE

PVR INOX LIMITED is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Operations / Service Associates.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests visiting the cinema.

Assist guests with ticket booking, offers, and promotions.

Sell popcorn, beverages, food items, and other products.

Handle billing and customer transactions accurately.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest queries.

Maintain product stocks and ensure counters/areas are properly arranged.

Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Promote products, offers, and other cinema services.

Mani Square – Kolkata

City Centre 1 – Salt Lake

City Centre 2 – Rajarhat / Chinar Park

Diamond Plaza – Nagerbazar

Forum Mall – Elgin Road, Near Rabindra Sadan

Metro INOX – Dharmatala / Esplanade

Avani Mall – Howrah

Forum Rangoli Mall – Belur, Howrah

Star Mall- Madhyamgram

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (HS) Pass

Age Limit 27 Maximum, 30 can be considered on special cases.

Experience: Fresher to 6 Months

Salary: ₹11,500 In-Hand

PF & ESIC: Applicable as per company policy

Weekly Off: 1 day as per roster

Shift: Rotational

Shift Timings

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Evening/Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

General Shift: 10 am to 7 pm , 11 am to 8 pm , 12 pm to 9 pm,

Note: Weekly roster and shift timings may change as per business requirements.
