OPERATIONS / SERVICE ASSOCIATE

PVR INOX LIMITED is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Operations / Service Associates.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and assist guests visiting the cinema.

• Assist with ticket bookings, offers, and promotions.

• Sell popcorn, beverages, food items, and other products.

• Handle billing and customer transactions accurately.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest queries.

• Maintain product stocks and ensure counters are properly arranged.

• Coordinate with team members for smooth cinema operations.

• Promote products, special offers, and cinema services.

1. Mani Square – Kolkata

2. City Centre 1 – Salt Lake

3. City Centre 2 – Rajarhat / Chinar Park

4. Diamond Plaza – Nagerbazar

5. Forum Mall – Elgin Road, Near Rabindra Sadan

6. Metro INOX – Dharmatala / Esplanade

7. Avani Mall – Howrah

8. Forum Rangoli Mall – Belur, Howrah

9. Star Mall – Madhyamgram

🎓 ELIGIBILITY & BENEFITS

• Qualification: Minimum Higher Secondary (HS) Pass

• Age Limit: Maximum 27 years (up to 30 years may be considered in special cases)

• Experience: Fresher to 6 months

• Salary: ₹11,500 In-Hand

• PF & ESIC: Applicable as per company policy

• Weekly Off: 1 day as per roster

• Joining: Immediate

⏰ SHIFT TIMINGS

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Evening / Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

General Shifts:

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Rotational shifts and weekly rosters may change as per business requirements.
