Salary: Rs. 17500-Rs. 18000 per month. No deductions Plus Performance based incentives 

Timings: 2 Shifts: Morning Shift - 11AM to 8PM OR Evening Shift - 2PM to 11 PM 

Working on weekends and public holidays   Weekly off: 1 off between Monday to Thursday

Job Description:

• Performing duties mentioned in Opening and Closing checklists

• Understand the functionality of the games.

• Guide players to play the activities.

• Assisting players with questions & needs.

• Executing in a quick and efficient manner.

• Provide professional and extra care to the players.

• Following SOP before games, in between games and after games

• Getting reviews and Instagram Tags/ Posts/ Followers/ Stories.

• On-the-job performing any unit requirements.

• Performing activities mentioned in the opening and closing checklist of the unit.

• Deal with questions and complaints of players and escalate to seniors when required.

• Manage events and bookings as needed.

• Safeguard gaming equipment.

• Troubleshooting Level 1 issues with equipment

• Reporting equipment failures during the shift by raising a maintenance request.

• Alertness when players are playing activities.

• Administrative activities based on need.

Requirement and skills:

• Graduate; additional qualifications will be a plus.

• Proficient in English (oral and written). Must be able to understand and communicate in proper English.

• Good communication skills and with zeal to build carrier in retail sales

• Good work Ethics: Punctual, Honest, Hard worker

• Customer service orientation

• Excellent Execution skills

• Flexible for any shifts

• Team player

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
