Job Title: Operation Executive

Location: Okhla Phase 2, Near Govindpuri Metro Station

Responsibilities:

• Support clients with queries and resolve issues.

• Train staff on operations, software, and customer service.

• Maintain records using Google Sheets/Excel.

• Ensure smooth communication between the team and clients.

• Travel: Willingness to travel across India for Auditing on our Store. Requirements:

• Experience in grocery store or (FMCG) supermarket.

• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service.

• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel.

• Good communication in English & Hindi.

• Graduate degree required.
