WE’RE HIRING – Female Store & Online Operations Executive

We are looking for a smart, active & responsible female staff member for our shoe store to manage online orders and assist with daily store operations.

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle customer calls & online inquiries

* Take and manage online orders

* Reply to customer messages & queries

* Upload products/content on store pages & social media

* Coordinate with staff and provide basic in-store support

* Maintain smooth day-to-day online operations

Requirements:

* Good communication skills

* Basic knowledge of Instagram/WhatsApp & online handling

* Friendly behavior with customers

* Responsible & active personality

* Prior experience is a plus (not mandatory)
