Digital InfoSolution is seeking a competent, confident, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office administration and manage company accounts using Tally software. The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional with hands-on experience in accounts management, strong command over English, and excellent organizational and managerial skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Management (Tally Operations):
• Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Prime
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, purchase & sales records
• Handle GST entries, TDS calculations, and filing support
• Generate financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets
• Manage accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliation
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts
Office Administration & Management:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Manage vendor coordination, office supplies, and facility upkeep
• Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements
• Handle correspondence — emails, phone calls and official communication
• Supervise and guide support staff
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
