· Customer Interaction: Addressing customer queries, resolving device issues, and ensuring a positive support experience.
· System Management: Recording job details and handling service requests in CRM (like SAP).
· Partner Support: Training and supporting extended service touchpoints and partner queries.
· Verification & Exchange: Handling device verification for exchange programs.
· Technical Focus: Strong emphasis on technical skills, with training provided for digital devices.
· Structured Work: Involves working in Stores, with strict timings and potential for travel within the city.
