Job Description:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
• Manage marketing budgets, ROI, and profitability analysis
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of marketing & sales teams
• Coordinate with Brand Building & Business Development for product positioning
• Formulate pricing strategies in consultation with top management
• Plan and execute promotions, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns
• Conduct outlet visits and support field teams
• Prepare and submit daily/periodic reports to top management
