Job synopsis- Housekeeping Site Incharge.
We are looking for a highly professional and experienced Housekeeping Site Incharge for mall operations who possesses strong operational knowledge, excellent manpower handling capabilities, and the ability to professionally represent the company before the client.
The candidate must have a solid background in housekeeping operations and prior experience working with a reputed facility management or housekeeping organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee complete housekeeping operations of the mall premises including common areas, washrooms, parking zones, food court areas, back offices, and external surroundings.
Ensure proper deployment, discipline, grooming, and supervision of housekeeping staff across all shifts.
Possess in-depth knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, machinery, consumables, and their correct usage as per surface type and safety standards.
Maintain proper dilution ratios, chemical handling procedures, inventory control, and storage practices.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation are maintained at all times.
Handle manpower planning, duty rosters, attendance management, leave adjustments, and shift coordination efficiently.
Train housekeeping staff on SOPs, machine handling, chemical usage, safety procedures, grooming standards, and client expectations.
Coordinate with mall management and client representatives regarding daily operations, complaints, special requirements, and event support.
Represent the company professionally during meetings, audits, inspections, and operational reviews.
Ensure timely reporting of incidents, shortages, maintenance observations, and operational challenges to management.
Maintain all housekeeping records including attendance, stock registers, issue records, inspection checklists, and compliance documents.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory compliance, and operational discipline within the site.
