Mall Manager

1. Operational Management

   • Oversee daily cinema operations including box office, concessions, and screenings.

   • Ensure smooth running of all shows and timely start times.

   • Monitor facilities and ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are upheld.

2. Staff Supervision & Training

   • Supervise front-of-house and concession staff.

   • Train new employees and support ongoing staff development.

   • Manage staff schedules, shifts, and cover during absences.

3. Customer Service

   • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

   • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and experience.

   • Resolve issues quickly and efficiently during busy periods.

4. Sales & Revenue Support

   • Assist in meeting sales targets for tickets, concessions, and memberships.

   • Encourage upselling and promotional offers.

   • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory for concessions.

5. Health & Safety Compliance

   • Ensure health, safety, and fire regulations are followed.

   • Conduct regular checks and risk assessments.

   • Train staff on emergency procedures.

6. Cash Handling & Reporting

   • Oversee daily cashing up and banking procedures.

   • Maintain accurate financial and operational records.

   • Report figures and KPIs to the General Manager.

7. Marketing & Events Support

   • Assist with in-cinema promotions and marketing campaigns.

   • Support the organization of special screenings and private events.

8. Leadership & Team Motivation

   • Act as the duty manager when required.

   • Lead by example and foster a positive team environment.

   • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
