Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute the malls short-term and long-term business strategy in line with ownership objectives.
Drive revenue growth through leasing strategy, tenant mix optimization, and commercial initiatives.
Oversee lease negotiations in coordination with leasing teams and legal advisors.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to maintain competitiveness.
Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the mall, including security, housekeeping, parking, and facilities management.
Oversee maintenance of all infrastructure, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
Implement operational best practices to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 0915 years of experience in retail asset management, shopping mall management, or commercial real estate.
Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex operations.
Strong background in budgeting, leasing, and commercial negotiations.
