Lead Generation Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Lead Generation Executives / Customer Sales Representatives to join our team. The role involves communicating with customers, generating quality leads, explaining products/services, and supporting sales growth through outbound calling and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers and generate potential sales leads
• Explain products/services and present their benefits effectively
• Understand customer requirements and handle queries professionally
• Persuade customers by demonstrating how the service meets their needs
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the system
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to future business opportunities
• Coordinate with team members and maintain professional communication

Requirements:
• 0–1 year of international outbound / telesales / lead generation experience preferred
• Freshers can also apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
• Hard-working with strong attention to detail
