We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager for a reputed Jewellery Showroom in Etawah.

Minimum 2 years of Jewellery Showroom experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage day-to-day showroom operations efficiently

✅ Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets

✅ Ensure exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction

✅ Handle sales of gold, diamond, and other jewellery products

✅ Monitor inventory, stock movement, and product display management

✅ Maintain showroom discipline, visual merchandising, and presentation standards

✅ Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally

✅ Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management

✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, billing procedures, and security protocols

✅ Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning and team management

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a supervisory role in a Jewellery Showroom

✔ Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and jewellery retail operations

✔ Excellent leadership and team management skills

✔ Strong communication and customer-handling abilities

✔ Target-oriented and result-driven approach

✔ Proficiency in billing systems, inventory management, and basic computer operations

✔ Professional personality and customer-centric attitude
