Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Jewellery Manager to oversee daily operations, manage customer relations, and ensure smooth coordination across sales and design teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine jewellery, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the jewellery department/showroom.

• Supervise sales staff and ensure exceptional customer service standards.

• Monitor inventory, coordinate stock replenishment, and oversee quality control.

• Handle client interactions, consultations, and after-sales service.

• Collaborate with design and production teams to meet business goals.

• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance trends.

• Ensure store presentation aligns with brand standards.

• Travel quarterly for events, exhibitions, and coordination meetings.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in jewellery retail, sales, or management.

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
