💎 Hiring: Jewellery Store Sales Executive
we are looking for a friendly, confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery store team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing and offers clearly.
- Assist customers in selecting the right jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
- Handle billing, packaging and basic store operations.
- Maintain proper display and cleanliness of jewellery counters.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Maintain product inventory and assist with stock-related activities.
- Follow up with customers when required and help build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery is preferred but freshers can also apply.
- Previous experience in jewellery, fashion, retail or sales will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones/WhatsApp and billing systems.
- Honest, responsible and comfortable working in a retail environment.
