Responsibilities include assisting customers with gold testing and valuation, ensuring transactions are transparent, handling data entry, and managing customer queries. Additionally, the Shop Assistant will collaborate with team members to maintain the smooth operation of the store and uphold professional standards at all times.*Qualifications*1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and build trust2. Attention to detail and precision in evaluating gold and managing transactions3. Ability to handle data entry and basic computer skills for maintaining records4. Organizational and multitasking skills to manage store operations efficiently5. Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing role is advantageous6. General knowledge of handling cash and payment systems (cash, UPI, bank transfers)7. Familiarity with gold valuation and jewelry testing techniques is a plus8. Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
