Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Representatives to join our airport store team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent our brand with professionalism and elegance.
Sales & Customer Experience

Greet and assist domestic & international passengers professionally
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Upsell and cross-sell products effectively
Provide product knowledge including material, care instructions & styling advice

Store Operations

Maintain visual merchandising standards
Ensure display hygiene and product organization
Handle billing and POS transactions accurately
Assist in stock counting and inventory management
Follow airport retail compliance & security protocols

Brand Representation

Maintain well-groomed appearance as per brand standards
Deliver luxury-level customer service experience
Build repeat customer relationships where possible

👤 Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years retail sales experience (jewellery/fashion/luxury preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/gujrati preferred)
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shift)
- Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle international customers confidently
- Target-driven mindset
