Key Responsibilities:

✅ Greet and engage customers, providing personalized assistance and expert advice on jewelry and accessories
✅ Understand customer preferences, offer product recommendations, and upsell/cross-sell to meet sales targets
✅ Maintain in-depth product knowledge of luxury jewelry, gemstones, crystals, and fashion accessories
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-ups
✅ Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring the showroom is well-presented and stocked
✅ Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments securely
✅ Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance
✅ Stay updated on the latest trends in jewelry and luxury fashion to advise customers effectively
✅ Handle after-sales service, including returns, repairs, and customer queries
✅ Collaborate with the store team to organize promotional events and product launches

Key Requirements:

🔹 1-4 years of experience in luxury retail, jewelry sales, fashion accessories, or related industries
🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with high-end clientele
