Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Jewellery Salesman with prior experience in a jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge of gold, diamond, and other precious jewellery and the ability to provide excellent customer service to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery items.
Explain product details including gold purity, diamond quality (4Cs), pricing, and making charges.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle billing, payments, and basic showroom documentation.
Maintain showroom display and cleanliness.
Stay updated with current jewellery trends and designs.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a jewellery showroom (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with a customer-friendly approach.
Basic computer knowledge (billing software).
Honest, trustworthy, and target-oriented.
Salary:
18-25k + Incentives (based on performance)
