Jewellery Salesman

Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 years in jewellery showroom sales (Mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Jewellery Salesman with prior experience in a jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge of gold, diamond, and other precious jewellery and the ability to provide excellent customer service to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery items.

• Explain product details including gold purity, diamond quality (4Cs), pricing, and making charges.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Handle billing, payments, and basic showroom documentation.

• Maintain showroom display and cleanliness.

• Stay updated with current jewellery trends and designs.

• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a jewellery showroom (mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Presentable personality with a customer-friendly approach.

• Basic computer knowledge (billing software).

• Honest, trustworthy, and target-oriented.

Salary:

18-25k + Incentives (based on performance)

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
