We are looking for a skilled and motivated Jewellery Consultant to oversee sales and ensure excellent customer service at our Raipur showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of gold, diamond, Polki, and Jadau jewellery, with proven experience in sales
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily sales floor activities and ensure smooth customer handling.
Attend customers, explain product details, and close sales effectively.
Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and store presentation.
Coordinate with the Store Manager on inventory and operational requirements.
Maintain records of sales performance and customer feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of jewellery retail experience, preferably as Sales Executive.
Excellent knowledge of gold, diamond, Polki, and Jadau jewellery.
Strong customer handling and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (billing & stock entry).
