Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, engage to understand needs/style, and offer personalized assistance.
Sales & Product Expertise: Educate customers on product details (metals, stones, value), guide selections, and close sales efficiently.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
Store Operations: Maintain attractive, clean displays; assist with inventory; and manage POS systems for transactions.
Customer Relations: Build loyalty for repeat business through exceptional service.
Trend Awareness: Stay current on jewelry trends and new product lines.
Key Qualifications
Experience: Previous sales, preferably in luxury or jewelry.
