Experience: 1 Year (Preferred) / Graduate Fresher Eligible

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on Interview Performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and warmth.

• Understand customer preferences and help them choose suitable jewelry pieces.

• Maintain strong product knowledge – materials, gemstones, certifications, and ongoing promotions.

• Ensure excellent after-sales service and address customer queries/concerns promptly.

• Handle billing operations (POS), process transactions, and manage payments accurately.
