Job Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers visiting the jewellery showroom/branch.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery products.
Explain product details, pricing, offers, purity, and other relevant information.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Support sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery products.
Coordinate with the purchase, billing, and other branch teams as required.
Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery while dealing with customers.
Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the sales counter/showroom.
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in jewellery or retail sales.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Presentable, confident, and well-groomed personality.
Basic knowledge of jewellery products and gold is preferred.
Good calculation and billing understanding.
Ability to work towards sales targets.
Honest, responsible, and punctual.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
