We are looking for a Jewellery Salesman to join our team at Nirvana Hr Solutions to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹8,000 - ₹15,000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their jewellery preferences and requirements
• Showcase gold, diamond, and other jewellery items, explaining designs, pricing, and offers
• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Handle billing, order processing, and coordination with the back-office/workshop team
• Maintain showroom displays, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
• Stay updated on current jewellery trends, designs, and stock availability
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery stock at all times
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 5 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
