Role Overview:
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Retail / Showroom Sales Executives with strong communication and sales skills. The ideal candidate will engage directly with customers, understand their needs, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets through consultative and persuasive selling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and engage customers, providing personalized assistance and product recommendations.
• Explain product features, quality, pricing, and offers with confidence.
• Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling products.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through trust and service excellence.
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
• Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product display standards.
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on latest collections, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms by creating engaging content, promoting
collections, and interacting with customers online.
Key Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in Retail Sales / Showroom Sales / Direct Customer Sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales and negotiation abilities.
• Positive, confident, and persuasive personality with customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.
