Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-presented, customer-focused Jewellery Salesman with in-depth knowledge of gold, diamond, and polki diamond jewellery. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver excellent customer service, explain product features confidently, and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.

• Understand customer needs and recommend jewellery accordingly.

• Provide detailed information about gold, certified diamonds, and polki diamond pieces.

• Explain purity, weight, pricing, certifications, and hallmarking.

• Handle billing, packaging, and documentation processes accurately.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain stock display, cleanliness, and store decorum.

• Handle customer concerns or queries promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery retail sales.

• Strong knowledge of gold, diamonds (including grading), and polki diamonds.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Pleasant personality with persuasive selling ability.

• Basic computer and billing software knowledge.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Language proficiency: [Mention preferred languages, e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].
