• Showcase gold, diamond, silver and other jewellery collections with confidence.

• Explain product details — weight, purity, design, price, offers etc.

• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on latest jewellery trends.

• Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat sales.

• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic computer entries (if required).

• Maintain showroom cleanliness, stock arrangement & display.
