Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.
Contact prospective clients to pitch products or services.
Schedule and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and demos.
Negotiate terms and close deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Ensure client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
Gather insights on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior.
Suggest changes or improvements to sales strategies and products.
Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Track and report sales performance metrics to management.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams.
