Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, guide, and assist customers in selecting jewelry based on their needs and preferences.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of silver, gold, and diamond products.

• Achieve monthly individual sales targets and support store sales goals.

• Maintain product displays, stock arrangement, and store cleanliness.

• Process billing, handle cash/card transactions, and manage customer records.

• Build long-term customer relationships and provide after-sales support.

• Stay updated on jewelry trends, product features, and pricing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–4 years of experience in jewelry retail sales (silver, gold, and diamond essential).

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales effectively.

• Pleasant personality, attention to detail, and integrity.
