Jewellery Salesman

Job Summary:

The Jewellery Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, explaining product details, and delivering an excellent shopping experience to achieve sales targets while maintaining showroom standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements

• Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections

• Explain product features, pricing, making charges, and certifications

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits

• Handle billing, documentation, and coordination with the cashier

• Maintain product display, cleanliness, and showroom presentation

• Ensure safety and security of jewellery items

• Follow company policies, ethical selling practices, and compliance standards

• Collect customer feedback and support after-sales service

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any graduate / 12th pass (preferred)

• 4+ years of experience in jewellery or retail sales

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Knowledge of gold purity, diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery terminology is an advantage

• Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and festivals
