Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Greet customers, listen to understand their needs, offer personalized recommendations, and provide expert advice on jewelry pieces and trends.

Sales & Target Achievement:

Actively promote products and services, work to achieve individual and store sales targets, and build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store's jewelry offerings, materials, and craftsmanship to inform and assist customers.

Showroom Management:

Ensure the showroom is clean, well-presented, and appealing, with attractive and updated product displays.

Transaction & Stock Management:

Accurately process sales transactions using POS systems, conduct daily stock counts, and assist with inventory management.

Customer Follow-Up:

Follow up with clients after their purchase to ensure satisfaction and cultivate future sales opportunities.

Sales & Communication:

Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, persuasive yet not pushy sales techniques, and the ability to listen and comprehend customer interactions.
