Customer Service & Sales:
Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice on jewelry products.
Understand customer preferences and needs to recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and process transactions efficiently.
Product Knowledge & Merchandising:
Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of all jewelry products, including features, craftsmanship, and care.
Stay informed about the latest jewelry trends and industry developments.
Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing with attractive merchandise displays.
Inventory & Operations:
Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and ensure product availability.
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
May assist with preparing sales reports and providing feedback to management.
