• Provide exceptional customer experiences through consultative selling and storytelling.
• Offer expert styling advice, customized to each customer's preferences, lifestyle, and occasion.
• Manage the complete customer journey, from greeting and needs discovery to product presentation, objection handling, and closing sales.
• Develop an aspirational brand narrative and build lasting client relationships through consistent follow-ups, VIP engagements, and client ling.
• Document customer preferences, special occasions, and purchase history to personalize future interactions.
• Meet and surpass store sales and customer satisfaction (NPS) targets.
• Assist with store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and event coordination, in alignment with our brand ethos.
