We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and well-presented Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
Provide detailed product information on gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.
Showcase products, guide customers in selecting items, and promote upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and proper stock arrangement.
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately (training will be provided if required).
Manage customer queries, complaints, and build long-term customer relationships.
Stay updated on jewellery trends, pricing, offers, and promotional schemes.
Follow store procedures, security protocols, and daily reporting activities.
