Jewellery Retail/ Counter Sales

We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and well-presented Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements.

• Provide detailed product information on gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.

• Showcase products, guide customers in selecting items, and promote upselling and cross-selling.

• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and proper stock arrangement.

• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately (training will be provided if required).

• Manage customer queries, complaints, and build long-term customer relationships.

• Stay updated on jewellery trends, pricing, offers, and promotional schemes.

• Follow store procedures, security protocols, and daily reporting activities.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
